Catherine Fulvio is an ardent supporter of fresh local produce and she is one of Ireland’s top culinary stars. As part of Wicklow Naturally’s October Feast, Catherine will be showcasing a seasonal recipe which will showcase the abundance of produce we have here in The Garden of Ireland. We all thoroughly enjoy watching Catherine on her Instagram channels and on October 8, Catherine will do an extra special IGTV where she’ll cook using the delicious Kilmullen Farm lamb as well as using ingredients from the garden at Ballyknocken Cookery School.
