Since childhood, I have been passionate about baking. As a little girl, I always helped my grandmother and mother in the kitchen. One day, my grandmother shared with me our family recipe for gingerbread cookies, which stood out for their soft texture and delicate taste.

Ten years ago, I became fascinated with the idea of decorating cookies made from our family recipe. At first, I gave them as gifts to friends. The first “wow”, the first photos on Instagram, plenty of likes and comments — that’s how my hobby was born.

I decorated cookies in my free time — just for the soul. Then came the first orders. With every new request and every genuine reaction from clients, I realised this craft was more than just about “taste”. It had meaning. Each order brought people so many positive emotions…

That was the moment I decided to move forward professionally: I trained with leading masters and created my own brand “TaniPriani”. It is more than just a name — it reflects a part of me, my journey, and my love for this craft.

For me, every cookie is a little canvas where taste, beauty, and mood come together. Each pattern carries care, every detail holds a soul. It matters to me that clients feel their order was made with warmth, just for them.

After moving to Ireland, I preserved the authenticity of Ukrainian gingerbread, while adapting our family recipe to local tastes. This blend of tradition and new flavours became the hallmark of “Tani”.

Today, “TaniPriani” is not only about gingerbread, but also about festive atmosphere, smiles, and memories that linger after each bite. My greatest value lies in people’s genuine emotions — they inspire me to grow, improve, and create new ideas.
